Allied Fitness Australia Cancellation Policy

Allied Fitness Australia is committed to helping Australians function better through our Exercise Physiology interventions. Our ability to help people function better is contingent on their attendance for scheduled consultations as a joint commitment to improving health.

Allied Fitness Australia sends email reminders of the appointment at the time of booking as well as 24 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to provide greater than 24 hours’ notice of appointment cancellation will result in full payment of the service fee. However, the patient will be able to book a makeup session within the fortnight without incurring any additional cost.

For example: Mary forgot about her weekly appointment on Tuesday, subsequently she was charged the full service cost of $66 as a cancellation fee. Mary rebooked 2 sessions (1 scheduled session, and one make up session) for the following week on Tuesday and Thursday, Mary was charged for Tuesday’s session $66, but was not charged for her Thursday session as it is a makeup session to account for the cancelation fee charged for the week prior. However, if Mary does not rebook a makeup session within 2 weeks, she will incur the cancellation fee which is non-refundable and not entitled to a future makeup session.

Allied Fitness Australia understands that life often throws you a curve ball which prevents you from attending your appointment, we just ask that you give us as much notice as possible and if it is within the 24 hour cancellation window then to detail the reasoning to your Exercise Physiologist so that they can use their discression to establish whether the cancellation policy applies.
